At Eco Pets, we ship from various North American warehouses to provide fast and reliable delivery across Canada.

Shipping Rates (All prices in CAD)

We currently ship only within Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after processing, depending on your location and the supplier.
Delivery times can vary significantly based on location, weather, carrier schedules, and order volume.
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order ships, when available.

Important Notes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are subject to applicable taxes.
We use minimal or eco-friendly packaging when possible.
Actual shipping times may be longer during busy periods, to remote areas, or due to factors outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
In case of significant delays, we will do our best to keep you updated.
